Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to your use of honestmovingco.com and the moving services Honest Moving Company provides as a licensed and insured mover based in Savannah, Georgia. Requesting a quote, booking a move, or otherwise using this site means you agree to what’s below.
Estimates
Estimates given by phone, through the quote form, or during an in-home or video walkthrough reflect the information available at that time. An estimate becomes binding once Cordell has reviewed your complete inventory; if the scope changes meaningfully after that — extra items, a different address, a flight of stairs that wasn’t mentioned — we’ll go over any adjustment with you in writing before it’s charged, not after the truck is already there.
Cargo Protection and Valuation
Standard cargo protection rides free on every job Beau’s crew touches, and stepping up to full replacement value is a one-line add when Cordell writes your estimate, never a surprise upsell at the truck. Full details on both levels appear on your written estimate and bill of lading. Honest Moving Company isn’t responsible for damage to items a customer packed themselves unless our crew is shown to have caused it directly; claims should be reported to the office soon after the move.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Once a quote is accepted, we hold your date. If plans change, call the office as soon as you know — we’ll work with you on a new date, but late cancellations on jobs where a truck and crew were already blocked off may carry a cancellation charge, disclosed upfront at booking.
Site Use
This site exists so visitors can learn about our services and request estimates. Content on it belongs to Honest Moving Company and shouldn’t be copied or reused without permission.
