Rincon has grown into one of the busiest bedroom communities in Effingham County, subdivisions spreading out along Highway 21 faster than the town’s older core near Ebenezer Road can keep pace with. A lot of the families we move here are commuting into Savannah or out to the port, drawn by newer construction and more room for the money than they’d get closer to the coast.
